| 20ml of the drug is added to 1 litre of Ringers solution cooled to 2-8degree C prior to use, rapidly instill into the aortic root at the rate of 300ml/ m2 body surface area /minute for 3 times initially. Reinstill in every 30 min if myocardial temp attains 18 degree C or returning cardiac activity is observed. |
